This website came out of my experiences in the CS world. After starting my career in customer facing roles (sales, business development and account management), I joined a startup and launched the Sales Enablement and then Customer Success functions. This background allows me to bring a holistic view of the customer journey to Customer Success. I now focus on coordinating post-sales efforts to drive to an ultimate goal of NRR growth.
Through this site, I'm looking to share my learning and help others in their CS journey to drive both internal and external value.
When I'm not geeking out on CS, I love to explore new places near and far with my husband and son, cheer on Villanova basketball and the US Women's Soccer team, and window shop for real estate.
